52 Articles About the ROI of Social Media

In July 2011, I posted a blog post titled “How to Measure Your Social Media ROI, Success and Influence”, in which I shared lots of useful articles that I’d found on my e-travels.

Since then, I’ve found lots more articles, videos, Slideshare presentations… Here are 52 resources specifically about the ROI of Social Media, and the why and how of measuring it – I’ve read or watched every one of them, and while I don’t necessarily agree with all of them, I do think they’re worth sharing.
