Twitter Tips and Resources – Part 52

Posted on 14 June 2011

This is Part 52 of an ever-growing blog series, with each post featuring links to 10 useful, funny and/or provocative articles/lists/blog posts/videos/sites I’ve come across about how to use twitter more effectively (and how NOT to use it).

Here are the latest 10:

  1. “How I use Twitter” by Robert Clay (@marketingwizdom on twitter)
  2. “Twitter Bio Optimization – Optimize Like Never Before” by Firas Al-Khaffaf (@FirasAlkhaffaf)
  3. “Why are You on Twitter? A ‘Twitter 101’ Lesson” by Mike Johansson (@mikefixs)
  4. “It’s not me, it’s you! Why I won’t follow you on Twitter.” by Greg Savage (@greg_savage)
  5. “Twitter Marketing Guide” by Kristi Hines (@kikolani)
  6. “Twitter Automates Link Shortening for Its Web App” by Jolie O’Dell (@jolieodell)
  7. “True Tales Of Twitter As A Business Tool” by Natalie Sisson (@nataliesisson)
  8. “A How To Tweet Guide – Yes Another One” by Steve Olenski (@steveolenski)
  9. “9 Lessons From Successful Brands on Twitter” by Dave Kerpen (@DaveKerpen)
  10. “4 Tips to Maximize Your Twitter Marketing” by Charlene Kingston (@SocialMediaDIY)

For a list of links to Parts 1-51 in this series (which was born on May 19, 2009), see the Twitter category on this blog.

Would you like to recommend any other good twitter resources? I certainly don’t list EVERY article about twitter that I see – I might recommend an article that I disagree with, if I think it contributes something useful to the debate, but I won’t recommend an article that I think is badly written.

Happy tweeting!
